The meeting will also finalize the details for the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM), including the notice, director's report, book closure dates, and e-voting arrangements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. Concurrently, the trading window for designated persons will be closed from August 31, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting's outcome is declared, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
