This acquisition occurred during the tendering process of an open offer, as disclosed under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Following this acquisition, Yoga Builders Private Limited now holds 15.40% of TMT India Limited's total diluted share capital. The company was previously in the public category but will be treated as a promoter post-completion of the open offer.
