Yoga Builders Acquires 15.40% Stake in TMT India via Open Offer

Yoga Builders Private Limited, along with PACs Scaffold Properties Private Limited and MDK Properties and Estates Private Limited, has disclosed substantial acquisition of shares in TMT India Limited. Yoga Builders Private Limited acquired 7,62,990 shares, representing 15.40% of the total share capital, through the tendering process of an Open Offer on July 27, 2026. The acquisition price was Rs. 10.00 per share. Prior to this acquisition, the acquirer and PACs held no shares. This disclosure is made under Regulation 18(6) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
