Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited has received final listing and trading approval from NSE and BSE for 4,19,22,416 fully paid-up equity shares. These shares were issued and allotted pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation of J. B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited. The shares were previously allotted to eligible shareholders of J. B. Chemicals on July 20, 2026, based on the record date of July 17, 2026. The shares will be listed and admitted to dealings on both exchanges effective July 28, 2026.
