Torrent Pharma sets July 17 Record Date for JB Chemicals Amalgamation

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced the record date for its amalgamation with J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited. Following the sanction by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, the company has fixed Friday, July 17, 2026, as the Record Date. This date is for determining the shareholders of J.B. Chemicals who shall be entitled to receive fully paid-up equity shares of Torrent Pharma. The share exchange ratio is 51 fully paid-up equity shares of Torrent Pharma (face value of Rs. 5 each) for every 100 fully paid-up equity shares of J.B. Chemicals (face value of Re. 1 each). This disclosure is in accordance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
