Toyam Sports Ltd, formerly known as Toyam Industries Limited, has announced the resignation of its Secretarial Auditor, Nitesh Chaudhary & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The resignation was tendered on 5th March, 2026 due to professional commitments and other engagements. The company has stated that there are no concerns raised by the Secretarial Auditor with respect to the management of the Company nor is there a material reason for the resignation. The Audit Committee and the Board will consider the appointment of new Secretarial auditors in due course.
