Trade-wings Ltd Files Audited FY26 Financial Results

Trade-wings Limited has submitted its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The auditor, A N Shah & Associates, provided an unmodified opinion on the standalone annual financial results, affirming they present a true and fair view in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards. However, the auditor included an Emphasis of Matter, drawing attention to Note No. 6, which explains that no impairment of cost of investment in the wholly-owned subsidiary, Trade-wings Hotel Limited, has been provided. The management and Board of Directors are responsible for the preparation and presentation of these results.
