Trans Freight Containers Ltd. has appointed Ms. Shraddha Rajesh Keny (DIN:11746391) as an Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective May 29, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Keny has 3 years of experience in Hospital Administration and holds a Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and a Post Graduate degree in Hospital Administration. She has confirmed that she is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or other authority and is not related to any existing director of the Company.
