Transchem Acquires 100% of Greshma Shares for ₹25.9 Cr

Transchem Limited has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% equity shareholding of Greshma Shares and Stocks Limited (GSSL) for a total consideration of INR 25,91,17,200. The acquisition was completed on August 17, 2026, making GSSL a wholly-owned subsidiary of Transchem. The transaction involved the purchase of 1,55,16,000 equity shares at INR 16.70 per share. Transchem previously held no shares in GSSL. The company has provided detailed disclosures as per SEBI Listing Regulations, confirming that the transaction is not a related party transaction and does not involve any issuance of new shares.
