Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure Until 48 Hours After Q4 and FY26 Results

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of these results is yet to be intimated. This closure is as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
