Transgene Biotek: Auditors Resign, New Firm Appointed

Transgene Biotek Limited's Board of Directors accepted the resignation of M/s. Harish Gummadi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors, effective November 3, 2026. The resignation was due to unforeseen circumstances and a medical emergency affecting their professional availability for the Q2 FY27 limited review. The Board, on the Audit Committee's recommendation, appointed M/s. Ranganath Prasad & Co. as the new Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting and will last until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
