Tranway21 Technologies: Two Independent Directors Resign

Tranway21 Technologies Ltd announced the resignation of two Independent Directors, Mr. Nagaraj S R and Mr. Anand Patil, effective July 1st, 2026. The resignations are attributed to other professional engagements and personal commitments. Consequently, both directors will also cease their membership in the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committee.
