ICICI Prudential MF Crosses 5% Stake in Travel Food Services

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has acquired 1,00,011 equity shares of Travel Food Services Ltd. on June 08, 2026, via open market purchase. This acquisition has increased its total shareholding to 66,06,276 shares, representing 5.017% of the paid-up capital. The fund stated that these acquisitions are for investment purposes and not to gain controlling interest. The total diluted share capital after acquisition stands at 13,17,50,896 shares.
