Trent Ltd Allots 17.77 Cr Bonus Equity Shares

Trent Limited has approved the allotment of 17,77,44,100 bonus equity shares of ₹1 each, in a 1:2 ratio. The allotment is based on the record date of June 4, 2026. Fractional entitlements have been consolidated and will be sold, with proceeds distributed to eligible members. The company's paid-up share capital has increased to ₹53,32,32,301. Consequently, the dividend of ₹6 per share has been adjusted to ₹4 per share on the increased capital.
