Trident Texofab Appoints New Statutory Auditors, Calls EGM

Trident Texofab Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on October 3, 2026. The board approved the appointment of M/s. A Bafna & Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy until the next Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the company decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on October 28, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Shareholders will be asked to approve matters related to the EGM, with the cut-off date for e-voting set for October 21, 2026. E-voting will commence on October 25 and conclude on October 27. Mr. Mehul Nanubhai Amareliya has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
