Trident Texofab Appoints Statutory Auditor, Calls EGM

Trident Texofab Limited announced the appointment of M/s. A Bafna & Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy until the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on October 28, 2026, to seek shareholder approval. The EGM will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. A cut-off date of October 21, 2026, has been set for e-voting, with the facility available from October 25 to October 27, 2026. Mr. Mehul Nanubhai Amareliya has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
