Srinidhi Fine-Chemicals LLP and Narahari Belide have disclosed an acquisition of equity shares in Novelix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The acquisition, totaling 25,00,000 equity shares (2.93% stake), occurred on July 9, 2026, through the conversion of warrants issued via preferential allotment. Following this, Srinidhi Fine-Chemicals LLP holds 10,002,000 shares (36.68% stake) and Narahari Belide holds 1,200,000 shares (4.40% stake). The total holding of the acquirers along with persons acting in concert now stands at 11,202,000 shares, representing 39.35% of the company's total voting capital. The company's equity share capital post-acquisition is Rs. 28,47,00,000.
