HOMRE Ltd Announces Board Reshuffle and Key Appointments

HOMRE Ltd's Board of Directors has approved significant changes in its board composition, including appointments, re-appointments, a change in designation, and a resignation. Mrs. Sheetal Jain has been appointed as Chairperson (Non-Executive) and Additional Director. Mr. Rohit Inder Himatsingani joins as Non-Executive Non-Independent Additional Director. Mr. Abhishek Bhagwat Bharad and Mrs. Supriya Mahesh Kadam have been re-appointed as Additional Directors. Mr. Sandeep Dewan's designation has changed from Executive Director to Managing Director for a five-year term. Mrs. Meena Rastogi has resigned as Chairperson due to personal reasons.
