Triveni Glass Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mrs Manju Agarwal as an Independent Woman Director for a second term of five years, effective from 19th March 2026. Agarwal, a respected business leader with specialized knowledge in business domain and functioning, was re-appointed at the company's meeting on 8th March 2026, the last day of e-voting. She is not related to any of the company's directors and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI Order or any other such Authority.
