Triveni Glass Promoter requests duplicate shares, name deletion

Triveni Glass Ltd received an intimation from Director and Promoter, Sri Jitendra Kumar Agrawal, on April 18, 2026. He has applied for the issuance of duplicate share certificates in demat form and the deletion of names from folio no 07A00009. Agrawal, a joint shareholder, stated that share certificates representing 18,000 equity shares were misplaced or lost. Additionally, he requested the deletion of the names of the other joint shareholders, Late Shri Devanand Agrawal and Late Smt. Shakuntala Devi, who have passed away. The request is for the duplicate shares to be issued in his single name. The company's RTA will process the application in accordance with SEBI regulations.
