Nirani Holdings Private Limited (NHPL), a promoter group shareholder of TruAlt Bioenergy Ltd, has acquired an additional 20,000 equity shares from the open market. The acquisition took place on August 12, 2026, at an average price of ₹467.56 per share, totaling ₹93,51,200. This purchase has slightly increased NHPL's stake in the company from 1.65% to 1.68%. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
