Nirani Holdings Private Limited (NHPL), a promoter group shareholder of TruAlt Bioenergy Limited, has acquired an additional 57,801 equity shares through open market transactions. The acquisition, executed on August 10, 2026, was at an average price of ₹478.16 per share, amounting to a total investment of ₹2,76,38,126. This purchase has increased NHPL's stake in the company from 1.56% to 1.63%. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
