Nirani Holdings Private Limited (NHPL), part of the promoter group of TruAlt Bioenergy Ltd, has acquired 21,600 equity shares from the open market. The acquisition, valued at approximately ₹1.00 crore at an average price of ₹462.98 per share, was executed on August 5, 2026.
