TruCap Finance Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

TruCap Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will remain shut from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the Board of Directors approves and declares the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
