Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. This closure, effective from October 1, 2026, is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the board meeting where the un-audited financial results for the specified period will be considered and approved.
