TV Today Network Ltd has announced its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 17, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars. The Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including standalone and consolidated financial statements, Board's Report, and Auditors' Report, will be shared with shareholders.
