TV Today Network Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Insiders

TV Today Network Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders from April 01, 2026, to May 17, 2026. This decision comes in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The closure is to ensure fair dealing and compliance with insider trading regulations during the announcement of the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ending on March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors will also consider and recommend the payment of final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26 for approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
