TVS Motor Subsidiary Completes Asset Transfer to Callista AMG

TVS Motor Company Ltd announced the completion of the transfer of certain assets and liabilities of its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, TVS EBike Company AG, to Callista Asset Management 33 GmbH (or its affiliates). This transfer was executed on July 2, 2026, in accordance with the asset transfer agreement dated May 14, 2026. Importantly, the transaction does not alter the shareholding of TVS Motor (Singapore) Pte. Ltd in TVS EBike, which continues to be a wholly owned subsidiary.
