TVS Motor Company has launched its flagship adventure trail motorcycle, the RTX 300, targeting the A2 licence class in Europe. Built on the new RT-XD4 platform, the motorcycle aims to bring advanced adventure technology to a mid-capacity segment at an accessible price point. It features rally-inspired design, a steel trellis chassis, and advanced rider aids including four ride modes (Urban, Rain, Tour, Rally), cruise control, a bi-directional quickshifter, and a 5-inch TFT display with map mirroring. The RTX 300 is positioned to appeal to both new riders moving up to a larger machine and experienced riders seeking a capable and technologically advanced option for exploration.

TVS Motor Company Ltd has successfully redeemed 190,03,48,456 cumulative non-convertible redeemable preference shares (NCRPS) with a face value of Rs. 10 each. The redemption, which included a coupon payment of 6% per annum, was completed on September 1, 2026, as per the terms of maturity. This action results in the full extinguishment of these preference shares, with no outstanding amounts remaining. The total redemption amount paid was Rs. 1900,34,84,560, with a coupon payment of Rs. 114,02,09,074.

TVS Motor Company reported a robust 21% sales growth for August 2026, selling a total of 616,540 units compared to 509,536 units in August 2025. This growth was driven by strong performance across segments. Two-wheeler sales increased by 21% to 591,437 units, with domestic sales up 18%. Electric vehicle two-wheeler sales saw an exceptional surge of 137%, reaching 59,453 units. International business also performed well, with total sales growing 29% to 174,452 units. Three-wheeler sales registered a significant 34% increase, totaling 25,103 units. The company attributes its success to its focus on innovation and sustainable mobility.
