Typhoon Financial Services: Rishab Chhajer Appointed MD for 5 Years

Typhoon Financial Services Ltd announced that shareholders, at their 36th Annual General Meeting held on September 23, 2026, approved the elevation of Mr. Rishab Chhajer as Managing Director for a period of five years, effective January 16, 2026. Mr. Chhajer, who holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree and has experience in industrial engineering, business administration, sales, marketing, and administration, is not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority. His appointment is in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. He will be liable to retire by rotation. Ms. Sushma A. Chhajer is related to Mr. Rishab Chhajer. Mr. Chhajer holds no shares in the company.
