U. H. Zaveri Ltd Appoints New Statutory and Secretarial Auditors

U. H. Zaveri Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on September 03, 2026, approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-2026. The board also accepted the resignations of M/s. Shah Karia & Associates as Statutory Auditor and M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor due to personal reasons. Subsequently, M/s P H Shah and Co. were appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for five financial years (FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31), and M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the same period, both subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM. The 9th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026, and M/s. SS Lunkad & Associates will act as the Scrutinizer.
