U. Y. Fincorp Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the shares of the company. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the company's Insider Trading- Code of Conduct, as per the SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 20LS. All Designated Persons have been informed not to trade in buy or sell Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period.
