UCO Bank Board to meet Oct 15, 2026 for Q2/H1 FY27 results

UCO Bank has informed the BSE that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on October 15, 2026. The main purpose of this meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the unaudited (reviewed) financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. In accordance with the Bank’s Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI regulations, the trading window for directors, designated persons, and all insiders closed on October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
