Uday Jewellery Appoints Venugopal & Chenoy as Statutory Auditors

Uday Jewellery Industries Limited has announced the appointment of M/s. Venugopal & Chenoy, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, starting from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 32nd AGM in 2031. They will replace the retiring auditors, M/s. Anant Rao & Malik. The firm, established in 1964, has prior experience serving as the Company's Statutory Auditors. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 27th AGM.
