Ujjivan SFB Approves Audited Financial Results for FY26

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, following a review by the Audit Committee. The Joint Statutory Auditors, M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells and M/s. Abarna and Ananthan, issued an unmodified audit report. The board meeting, which commenced at 11:00 A.M., approved the financial results at 02:06 P.M.
