Ultracab India Board Approves Q1 FY27 Un-audited Financial Results

Ultracab (India) Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 12, 2026. The Board approved the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the Board fixed the date for the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 19, 2026, through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. A cut-off date of September 12, 2026, was set for e-voting eligibility. The Directors' Report was also approved.
