UltraTech Cement: Board Composition Changes Effective Jan 1, 2027

UltraTech Cement Limited announced changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. K. K. Maheshwari will relinquish his position as Non-Executive Vice Chairman on January 1, 2027, due to current engagements and personal commitments. Concurrently, Mr. Kailash Chandra Jhanwar, whose term as Managing Director concludes on December 31, 2026, will be re-designated as Non-Executive Vice Chairman, effective January 1, 2027. Mr. Jhanwar, a Chartered Accountant, has extensive experience within the Aditya Birla Group, particularly in finance, operations, and large-scale project execution within the cement and chemicals sectors.
