UltraTech Cement Commissions 4.6 MTPA Capacity

UltraTech Cement has successfully commissioned 4.6 mtpa of new cement capacity. This includes a 3.6 mtpa greenfield integrated facility in Petnikota, Andhra Pradesh, and 1.0 mtpa through debottlenecking at existing plants in Visakhapatnam, Patratu, and Nathdwara. This expansion increases the company's total domestic grey cement manufacturing capacity to 204.7 mtpa and its global capacity to 210.1 mtpa (including 5.4 mtpa overseas capacity). The added capacity is expected to strengthen its market presence in southern, eastern, and northern regions, broaden market reach, and enhance logistics efficiency.
