Unick Fix-A-Form to offer e-voting for 34th AGM

Unick Fix-A-Form & Printers Ltd has announced that it will provide members with the facility to cast their votes electronically for the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. This includes remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM. The e-voting period will commence on September 27, 2026, at 9:00 am and conclude on September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The cut-off date for e-voting entitlement is September 23, 2026. CDSL has been appointed as the agency providing the e-voting platform. CS Vishakha Agrawal will serve as the scrutinizer.
