Unifinz Capital Closes Trading Window for Q2 Results

Unifinz Capital India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all directors, KMPs, designated employees, and connected persons. The window will be closed effective from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the company's limited reviewed financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent potential insider trading during the period leading up to and immediately following the financial results announcement. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
