Vikas Goyal & Mrs. Atika Goyal Acquire Stake in Unifinz Capital India

Vikas Goyal and Mrs. Atika Goyal have disclosed a substantial acquisition of shares in Unifinz Capital India Ltd, as per SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The acquisition was made through the open market. Prior to this transaction, Vikas Goyal and Mrs. Atika Goyal collectively held 10.44% of the total share capital. Post-acquisition, their combined holding has increased to 12.84% of the total diluted shares. The total equity share capital of Unifinz Capital India Ltd is INR 44,26,80,850, divided into 44,268,085 equity shares of INR 10 each.
