Union Bank Board Meeting on July 15 to Review Q1 FY27 Results

Union Bank of India has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for July 15, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited reviewed financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, both on a standalone and consolidated basis. Concurrently, the bank has informed about the closure of the trading window for designated persons and insiders from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results announcement, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This measure is to prevent potential insider trading activities.
