Union Bank of India Board Meeting on Oct 19 for Q2 FY27 Results

Union Bank of India has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 19, 2026. The primary agenda item is to consider and approve the unaudited reviewed financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, on a standalone and consolidated basis. Concurrently, the 'Trading Window' for designated persons and insiders will remain closed from October 1, 2026, for 48 hours post the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
