Union Quality Plastics Appoints New MD, Director

Union Quality Plastics Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 8, 2026. Mr. Javeri Kapisha Udaya Kumar Singh has been appointed as Additional Director effective September 8, 2026, and as Managing Director effective September 16, 2026. This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Jeethendra Singh Goud as Managing Director, effective September 15, 2026. Mr. Karthik Singh Javvari K will not seek re-appointment. The company also approved the notice for its 42nd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, and the closure of the Register of Members from September 23 to September 30, 2026. Committee compositions have been revised consequent to these director changes.
