Unique Organics Recommends 13% Final Dividend

Unique Organics Ltd's board approved the standalone audited financial results for Q4 and the year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of 13%, or ₹1.30 per equity share, on the face value of ₹10 each, subject to shareholder approval at the 34th AGM. The dividend will be paid/dispatched within 30 days of shareholder approval. The board also took on record the Independent Auditors Report.
