Unitech Appoints Giridhar Aramane as CMD from Aug 25, 2026

Unitech Limited has announced the appointment of Sh. Giridhar Aramane, IAS (Retd.), as its new Chairman & Managing Director, effective August 25, 2026. This appointment is in compliance with an order from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and pursuant to an approval from the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Mr. Aramane, a retired IAS officer with extensive experience in government and public administration, will serve for a period of two years. He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding such an office. This change follows the expiry of the term of the previous CMD, Sh. Yudhvir Singh Malik.
