Unitech CMD Yudhvir Singh Malik's Tenure Ends July 20, 2026

Unitech Ltd has announced that the tenure of its Chairman & Managing Director, Sh. Yudhvir Singh Malik, IAS (Retd.), will conclude on July 20, 2026. His appointment, initially for two years from January 21, 2020, was extended multiple times by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The latest extension was for six months, ending on July 20, 2026, or until further orders. The company has not yet received communication from the MCA regarding a successor. The Board of Directors acknowledged this development in their meeting held on July 20, 2026. Unitech will update the stock exchanges upon receiving further information from the MCA.
