Unitech International CoC Approves CIRP Expenses and Fees

Unitech International Limited's Committee of Creditors (CoC) held its 12th meeting on July 8, 2026. The committee considered and approved several resolutions, including ratification of CIRP expenses, professional fees for statutory compliances and financial statements, appointment of legal counsel, and appointment of a firm for statutory and secretarial compliances during CIRP. The appointment of a statutory auditor was also ratified and approved. All resolutions were approved by the Committee of Creditors.
