Unitech Submits Audited Q4 & FY26 Results; Auditor Issues Disclaimer

Unitech Limited has submitted its Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on May 28, 2026. However, the statutory auditors, G S A & Associates LLP, issued a disclaimer of opinion on the financial results. This disclaimer is primarily due to the ongoing Supreme Court matter concerning the superseded board and the unapproved Resolution Framework for the Unitech group. The auditors stated they could not obtain sufficient appropriate evidence to provide a basis for expressing an opinion on whether the financial results are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and other recognized accounting practices.
