United Cotfab Ltd Announces Summary of 2nd Annual General Meeting

United Cotfab Limited held its 2nd Annual General Meeting on 29th September 2025 through Video Conferencing. The meeting commenced at 04:03 P.M. and concluded at 04:14 P.M. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Gagan Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director. The meeting was held in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The meeting was attended by various Board Members and Key Managerial Personnel who attended through Video Conferencing from their respective locations. The meeting was held to consider and adopt audited financial statements for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2025 and to transact other ordinary and special businesses.
